Workshop: Working With Energy

Do you want to start developing your spirituality and don’t know where to start? Is your spiritual practice a little rusty? Covering the energetic essentials, this workshop explores the process of how to deepen your energetic and spiritual connection. Topics include: What is energy, how do we feel it, clear it, ground it, protect it, and develop it; How can we use crystals, pendulums and oracle cards in our daily practice; and touch on chakras, auras and meditation, what are they, and why are they important. Sign-up for loads of practical exercises covering the basics of working with your energetic body and deepening your connection to Spirit. Then wear your comfy pants and start playing with crystals, pendulums, singing bowls, oracle cards, sage, palo santo and more.

About the trainer: Suzanne is a certified Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and Aromatherapist. Co founder of Little Bird & Co and founder of Essentially Aromatherapy Suzanne blends a unique combination of energy and body work with aromatherapy, creating beautiful healing treatments. Suzanne sees reiki, crystal healing and aromatherapy as holistic approaches to wellness. Having worked for many years as a psychologist and counsellor she felt the call for a more holistic approach to healing. She trained in Brisbane at the Australian Institute of Applied Science completing her Diploma of Aromatherapy, has a Certificate of Pregnancy Massage with Pregnancy Massage Australia, is a Tibetan Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, and is a certified crystal healer. In her former years she studied at Wollongong University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and Honours degree in Psychology before working in Child, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health. She attends a weekly spiritual development group to learn and deepen her connection to Spirit, believing life is a pathway of continued growth and balance.
